House 1
Four bedrooms, lounge, dining room, bathroom, kitchen with veranda. One rondavel with bathroom adjacent to house. Cement dam. Water from borehole and river available for house and garden. Outbuildings, including a large walled-in shed. Facilities and equipment for packing mangoes or oranges. Two cool-rooms for fruit of export quality. Two drying-ovens for mangoes. Cages for game.

House II
Double storey thatched house. Five bedrooms, two bathrooms. Large dining room and two lounges, bar, study, kitchen, pantry and verandas. Swimming pool and tennis court. Outbuildings, store-room, garage etc. for implements. Vegetable garden. Cement dam and borehole. Pig-sty and small chicken-coop.

Game/Safari camp catering for local and overseas tourists. Sleeps 15 ­ 17 persons. Kitchen facilities. Gas is used.

INFRASTRUCTURE:
The entire farm is equipped with Eskom power. There is a small shop on the farm with cold-storage facilities. Petrol, diesel and paraffin pumps. Landing strip of 1 km for use by the farm and safari camp.
